  • One-on-one intake and ongoing therapy

  • 60 minute duration

  • Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on need and preference

  • Primarily talk therapy with individualized support and activities to suit client’s goals and needs

Individual (Adult)

  • Intake and ongoing sessions with all members of the relationship being served

  • 60 minute duration

  • Typically weekly or fortnightly

  • Relationship talk therapy with skill-building, mediation, and an approach tailored to the relationship’s needs and the individuals involved

Couples

  • Intake with family (typically); ongoing sessions one-on-one with client

  • 60 minute duration

  • Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on need and preference

  • Developmentally-appropriate counseling based around therapeutic activities and/or conversation

  • Family support, updates or check-ins with family, and option to have sessions as a family unit

Adolescent (Teens / Older Children)

  • Intake with family (60 minutes)

  • Ongoing sessions (60, 45, or 30 minutes based on needs and tolerance)

  • Typically weekly or fortnightly

  • Individualized, developmentally-appropriate counseling utilizing play therapy, art, and therapeutic conversations

  • Frequent family involvement, parenting support and skill-building, and possibility of presence of family in child sessions

Insurance and Payment

I am still working on becoming credentialed with major provider. Currently, I’m in-network with these insurance providers:

  • BlueCross BlueShield

  • Cigna

  • Aetna (telehealth only)

All plans differ. If you would like to use your insurance benefits, please call your insurance provider before your appointment to ensure that I am in network with your insurance plan. Your insurance provider can also give you an estimate for the out of pocket amount that you will be responsible for your service.

If I am out of network with your provider, I will be happy to provide you with a superbill (receipt) for your services to send to your insurance. Certain plans do provide some coverage for out-of-network services. Please check with your provider to verify your plan’s details.

If you choose to pay out of pocket, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services.
