Therapy Shaped For
Who You Are
About Kaleidoscope
Kaleidoscope exists to provide compassionate therapy that is tailored to fit you. Whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy or support with family functioning, my goal is to meet you where you’re at and work together to get you to where you’d like to be.
There are many reasons to start counseling and even more kinds of people who seek it. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and other difficulties don’t look the same for everyone. No matter who you are or why you come here, you deserve support and respect - a place free of judgement, accommodating of your needs, and accepting of your identity. Kaleidoscope Therapy Services aims to be just that place.
To achieve that goal, Kaleidoscope provides counseling that is:
Collaborative: We work together to build a treatment plan that suits your needs, your truth, and your identity - for your care as a whole and through each individual session.
Genuine: The rapport and relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important aspects of good counseling and warm, compassionate care requires mutual authenticity.
Accommodating: Whether it means adjusting language to match your identity, tailoring the environment to suit your sensory needs, or being sensitive to past traumas, your time at Kaleidoscope will be responsive to your needs and preferences.
Evidence-Based: Counseling is provided by a licensed therapist with years of experience in integrating multiple treatment approaches to address a variety of complex issues.

Relationship Skills
“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”
— Fred Rogers
Take the First Step
Understanding yourself can feel like an overwhelming journey, but it isn’t one you have to go on alone. And, like all journeys, you can take it one step at a time - starting with a relaxed initial session where we can plan each step that comes next together.
